Hey all,

I know there are a ton of RPG games that are browser based. Anyone know of some traditional games? Ones where you rp on either message boards of by email?

I know my students play monsters game and it is supposedly rpg that is text based. Not sure where it is though. Google monstersgame world5 and see what you turn up. Have fun.

There are RPG's on boards like proboards.com. I'm currently trying to finish up a pokemon one.

Hmm, I'll have to look into that. See what we can do on Simon's Games.

but there is only one problem with proboards. You have to deal with the stupid security image. Other than that the boards are very accessible.

are there other ones like sryth? I absolutely love that type of rpg. I do wish that there were browser based rpg's like lunar for ps2. Something that can be accessible with jaws.

I'd consider Sryth traditional, but, I don't think it's what JesseB is after. Sounds like he's looking for PBEM.

Good Luck,

Dave
